Evolving Leaders Programme (ILM Level 5)
With 27 years of experience designing and delivering courses specifically for women, our leadership courses provide women with a unique development opportunity to give them the skills and confidence to be equality driven leaders. This programme is designed to provide experienced managers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress their careers and add value to their business.  Fully-funded by the Welsh Government via the European Social Fund, the programmes start in April 2021 and there are limited spaces available.  The programme is delivered via 6 live or virtual experience days, over a 6-month period,  and 1-2-1 career coaching sessions.

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and we have spaces available on learning groups that start on 22 April, 27 April and 5 May 2021.
